Welcome to gift4u. By placing a commercial order, requesting a quotation, or accessing our services, your organization (“Client”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Business.

1. Corporate Nature of Business

gift4u, managed and operated by Idea Move Sdn Bhd, is a business-to-business (B2B) premium gift architect and procurement consultant. We specialize in sourcing Scope 3 environmental compliance merchandise with raw material and safety traceability for Public Listed Companies (PLCs), multinational corporations, and private enterprises. We do not cater to retail, consumer- level, or individual walk-in orders.

2. Quotations, Pricing, and Validity

• All pricing provided via formal quotations is strictly confidential and calculated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless stated otherwise.

• Quotations are explicitly valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to revision after this window due to fluctuations in global raw material indices, sea freight tariffs, and international currency exchange rates.

• Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable local taxes (such as SST) and domestic split-delivery logistics unless explicitly specified.

3. Payment Terms and Capital Structure

To initiate international supply-chain procurement and custom factory tooling, our payment structure is non-negotiable:

• Upfront Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of the Proforma Invoice (PI) to activate raw material booking and custom branding.

• Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance payment is due strictly within fourteen (14) days from the date of final delivery and invoice issuance.

• Idea Move Sdn Bhd reserves the right to withhold cargo delivery or suspend the issuance of compliance data certificates if the balance payment is delayed.

4. Custom Branded Samples and Mass Production

• Approval Mockups: Prior to mass production in our partner facilities, digital visual mockups or physical samples will be presented to the Client for final sign-off.

• Client Verification: Once the Client signs off on the final prototype/mockup, Idea Move Sdn Bhd will not be held liable for typographical errors, logo placement preferences, or color variations that fall within acceptable international manufacturing tolerances (such as Pantone matching differences under 5%).

5. Delivery Timelines and Force Majeure

• Standard production and international delivery windows range between 30 to 45 calendar days from deposit receipt and artwork confirmation, depending on the product category.

• While we make every effort to meet event deadlines, Idea Move Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, international customs inspection delays, port congestion, shipping lane disruptions, industrial labor strikes, or extreme weather conditions.

6. Scope 3 Compliance and Carbon Transparency Reports

• Data Integrity: The 1-page “Product Sustainability & Carbon Transparency Report” issued by gift4u is compiled using legitimate factory declarations, supplier material tracking codes

(e.g., GRS, FSC), and global life-cycle assessment conversion factors.

• Intended Use: This report is provided to the Client solely to support their corporate Scope 3 ESG reporting and carbon disclosure records. While compiled with maximum accuracy and professional care, the report represents a calculated estimate and should not replace an independent, enterprise-wide comprehensive third-party greenhouse gas audit.

7. Governance and Jurisdictional Law

These Terms of Business shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any contractual disputes that cannot be settled through amicable bilateral mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
